Ford will be showcasing several vehicles and technologies at the auto show. These include:

2014 Shelby Mustang GT 500:
This vehicle has the most powerful production V8 engine in the entire world, providing over 650 horsepower, 600 lb.-ft. of torque and going 200 miles an hour! It now comes equipped with MyKey technology allowing parents to limit the top speed for their teen drivers.

1.0 Liter EcoBoost:
This brand new engine is literally small enough to fit inside a suitcase, while still delivering 120 horsepower and 45 MPG in the Ford Fiesta.

2014 Ford Focus Electric: This all-electric vehicle gets 110 MPGe and can be recharged in as little as 2.5 hours. The Focus is Ford’s first all-electric vehicle and the interior fabric is made of 100% recyclable materials.

Audi introduces the technologically advanced 2015 Audi A3 and S3 sedans, A3 Cabriolet and A3 Sportback e-tron® PHEV

Audi of America officially announced plans today for the arrival of an entirely new family of premium compact cars, including three body styles, five new unique engines and seven variants.

This all-new Audi A3 lineup begins with the A3 sedan, which goes on sale in the spring of 2014. The A3 sedan plays a pivotal role in the soon to be expanding Audi A3 family and will be priced from a base MSRP of $29,900. It will be joined later in the fall of 2014 by the Audi A3 Cabriolet, A3 TDI clean diesel sedan, the high-performance S3 sedan and in early 2015, the A3 Sportback e-tron® gasoline electric plug-in hybrid (PHEV).

The A3 family will offer all-new versatile powertrains for a wide variety of entry-luxury customer tastes including a 1.8 TFSI®, 2.0 TFSI®, 2.0 TDI® clean diesel, 1.4 TFSI PHEV and a high-output 2.0 TFSI® in the S3. These vehicles will come standard with many premium features, even the base model of the all-new Audi A3 will come equipped with standard features that include xenon plus front lighting with Audi signature LED DRLs and taillights, Bluetooth® technology, leather seating surfaces, Audi pre sense® basic and a panoramic glass sunroof.

Audi of America also confirmed today that it will be adding to the all-new A3 family by offering the A3 Sportback with a gasoline electric plug-in hybrid (PHEV) model for the first time in the U.S. market. Audi first revealed the A3 Sportback e-tron at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show earlier this year. This vehicle demonstrates the production intent of e-tron using parallel plug-in hybrid technology, a practical first step towards electrified driving which helps mitigate the range anxiety concerns associated with most full battery electric vehicles.

The Jeep® brand is bringing Camp Jeep, the ultimate off-road indoor driving test to consumers attending the 2014 Indianapolis Auto Show. A popular destination inside the convention center, Camp Jeep is a five-minute off-road experience that will thrill passengers as professional 4×4 drivers teach participants how to drive safely on off-road terrain. Highlighting the legendary capabilities of the all-new 2014 Jeep Cherokee, riders will ascend 18-feet off the ground as they sit atop the thrilling 14-foot high, 35-degree iconic Jeep Mountain. Camp Jeep includes a 12×25 section of terrain simulating fallen logs, and a 30-degree wedge to demonstrate the vehicle’s body articulation. The 22,000-square foot test track gives passengers the chance to experience the adrenalin rush of extreme off-roading.

The new LEGACY CONCEPT celebrates the 25th anniversary of the Subaru Legacy and provides a look at the styling cues for future Legacy models. Adorned with a custom Ocean Silver Metallic paint scheme, the LEGACY CONCEPT features a more coupe-like silhouette. The LEGACY CONCEPT is a modern interpretation of the Legacy and features a more distinguished front design with a new hexagonal grille and a sharper hawk-eye headlamp design. Flared wheel arches cover 21-inch wheels and hint at the standard Subaru Symmetricalall-wheel drive drivetrain. A pronounced character line flows into the short rear deck and ends in the rear tail lamps. The tail lamps echo the hawk-eye headlamp design and enhance the solidity of the overall design.
